I LOVE THIS PLATFORM!!! I have both scoliosis and spinal stenosis, along with osteoarthritis, and am very limited in the types of exercise I can physically handle. 10 minutes on high speed on this platform allows me to work my arms and trunk and legs in a comfortable and physically stimulating manner without extra stress on my bones and joints.
