After reading many reviews I was shocked to learn of such disappointment so I basically cancelled the order but somehow it still came, I had a extra solar panel for a battery camera which I attached to it because it was bigger, and to my surprise, it definitely charges the battery without no problem, guys! don't use that small one it comes with, just buy another one for only $6 at Amazon and use it with this camera it's worth it. the quality is amazing and worth every penny.

Loved it all. Easy to install. Suggestion to buyers: place inside home or location for added security! I drilled a piece of wood to place camera on it, exactly where I need it. Clear view, no glare, night vision is excellent. Just make sure you have some lighting to see any activity, including small animals like squirrels. Great security product. View at anytime and mute whenever or turn off selected cameras. Chip is provided to save any recording needed, but also stores in the *Cloud.

cameras are great for the cost of them. ive had more expensive cameras that failed. these are easy to set up and work very well. the only issue i have is that the customer service at wyze is sub-par. ive called 3 times for assistance and 3 times ive been left holding the bag. whatever is wrong with the camera is because of something 'i did or didnt do' when clearly on all 3 occasions it was camera malfunction or system malfunction. either way, they would not help me.
