MERACH Vibration Plate Exercise Machine for Therapy, Circulation, and Recovery with Remote Control

I'm normally not into trendy gimmicks like this but after doing a lot of work on my lymphatic system and a lot of reading about these plates I've had my eye on this curved vibration plate for some time and finally ordered one. So far so good, I've only had it a few weeks and have worked up to level 5 slowly, I try to do it every morning and right before bed. From what I've read and understand level 5 and 6 are as high as you need to go, going as high as level 10 can put your body into fight or flight mode and actually raise your cortisol or stress hormone so if your prone to high stress or have high cortisol keep that in mind, as it can actually cause inflammation and weight gain. Take it slow when building up levels because you will get itchy your first few times. I'm sticking around 5 for a while because I get a lot more itchy at this level than the other ones. I do feel like it's helped my lymphatic system a lot, it does help me sleep better and my joints and hips feel more relaxed. I recommend sitting on the plate too (with padding of course) which is great for your lower back. Also great for tight calves to rest your calves on the plate. Honestly, I don't think the calories are accurate at all, I'm a very active person and burning 200 calories on this definitely doesn't feel like I'm actually burning 200 calories… maybe it helps you burn some, maybe it doesn't. I just like how it helps loosen my tight muscles up and I feel relaxed after I use it.
