This product is intended for household use only. 1. Insert plug of adapter cord into socket on side of the massager, then plug adapter into electrical outlet. 2.For best use, place the massager on a flat surface.Sit in a comfortable position, then place feet inside 3.the massager for soothing heat and massage.NOTE: Never stand while feet are inside the unit,and DO NOT stand on the massager, which may cause injury or may damage the unit. 4.Turn vibrating massage ON by pressing the Massage Button on the side of the massager. To turn massage OFF, press button again. 5.Press the Heat Button on the side of the massagerto activate the heat function. Note that heat canonly be activated when massage is on. Press the button again to turn heat off. NOTE: Stop using immediately if discomfort or pain is felt. DO NOT use continuously for over 20 minutes. 6.The Heat and Massage functions can be activated simultaneously by pressing the HEAT and MASSAGE buttons together. They can also be activated individually by pressing the HEAT Or MASSAGE button respectively. To turn off either function,simply press the corresponding button again.

The combination of deep-kneading rollers and soothing heat (reaching near 122 °F) creates a comfortable “spa-at-home” feel. Temperature and intensity controls, along with a remote, made it easy to adjust things without bending over. It fits up to men’s size 14, so even larger feet are accommodated. The removable machine-washable sleeves were a nice hygiene touch. On the flip side, it’s fairly heavy (around 10 lbs) and takes space, and the heat mode might be too warm for sensitive feet.
