Being it's just my husband and me I use these as a quick meal for my self on non cooking days. I add a bag of frozen veggies and if i have leftover meat I'm not a big meat eater. I don't require meat every meal like some. this is convenient for me and still get a fairly healthy meal . Some reviews said horrible taste or too hard. when i cook mine i place in a bowl and place a microwave steamer on top cook for 2 mins. it comes out soft and hot for me. the veggies , butter and salt add flavor i'm use to. keep in mind Brown rice is healthier then white due to being whole grain and more fiber. i've recommended this product to my family members.

I love the way Minute Rice has finally created a cup of rice, already cooked for a meal. No one has thought about it. It's good for when you want to bring a meal to work. All you would need to do is warm it up. If I have some leftover, I share with the birds. They really enjoy it as well.

These Minute Brown %26 White Wild Rice cups are a convenient way to whip up a quick, healthier side. I love the nuttiness of brown rice, mixed with the nutrients of the wild rice. The bonus is that the cups are microwaveable. The instructions say to microwave for 1 minute, but I prefer my rice a bit more tender, so I go for a few more seconds. Either way, the result is a delicious side with the rest of my meal. They're great in soup, too!
