I really like this quilt. When my husband passed my daughter wanted me to move with her. She painted my bedroom a bright yellow. Hard to find a color for a bedroom yellow. These colors do very well together. I have a queen size bed but wanted to make sure the quilt covered the bed, so I picked a king size, and it fit very well. Just a little long on the bottom corners so I tucked them in. Had a couple old pillows to use in the large shams. The size and thickness of the quilt is just perfect. Nice material. And the color is just what you see in the picture. It did not have an odor when I took it out of the package, so I did not have to wash it considering I was only using it for show and not sleep with. Yes, I DO recommend this
