The most important part that I like this CERCKER Food Dehydrator is because it could be set it's operating temperature as low as 70 degrees according to my needs when I need to use the lower temperature, during the middle procedure when I am making my favorite meat Jerky, of course, I can also turn its temperature as high as 190 degrees sometimes when I need to burn the surface of the food that I am making. It is great machine. Like it!👍
