i wanted to try these to make round eggs for morning breakfast sandwiches. i must say they work very well. i heat up my frypan, spray them with pam, drop an egg in and it starts cooking. the egg doesn't leak . i let it firm up a bit then i take a fork and kinda scramble a bit. works great no issues. the little handle works great to pick up the holder. once out of the holder, i flip the egg for a few seconds to make sure the top is fully cooked

I've always wondered how to get round fried eggs on English muffins and these molds are up to the task. It's best to use Teflon coated spatula and pan for best results. After 2 tries, I got it down to a fine science once the canola oil heated properly. You can use whole eggs or egg whites in the carton. I was able to make beautiful egg and sausage or bacon and egg muffins equal to restaurant quality with these molds. These put a fresh spin on breakfast.
