Great for short people.

Chair looks great. The pull out feature is too short for me to extend my legs and I am 5'7".

not sturdy, hard to use features

My sister n i both bought a set , she got hers put together, and was dissappointed. The fold down is difficult and the pull out foot rest does not pull out with ease alot of jiggling to get it to work right. 'Not as sturdy as i would have hoped, so trying to return to seller, but not sure how that will go.

reply from KINGYES Store

Hello anonymous! Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that both you and your sister were disappointed with the set — the fold down is difficult, the pull-out foot rest does not work smoothly and requires a lot of jiggling, and the product is not as sturdy as you had hoped. That is completely unacceptable, and we apologize sincerely for the frustration this has caused. We also understand your concern about trying to return the product and not knowing how it will go. Please know that we are here to help. Please contact our customer service team with your order details and your sister's order details if possible. We will review both cases and work with you to find a proper resolution, including assisting with the return process. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
