My chair arrived in a timely fashion and was packaged very well. The chair is very well made. There were a few scratches on one part of the chair, but Foowin promptly offered me the choice of a discount to keep the chair or replace the damaged part. I chose to replace the part, and they again promptly sent out a replacement. Kudos for their excellent customer service. I can't wait to assemble my chair and start using it!

These are the perfect Adirondack chairs. Assembly instructions could be clearer, but after some post-assembly tightening, I think these chairs will last a long time. The arm recline feature can be tricky - don't put any weight in the back of the chair when you're trying to adjust. The material is sturdy but it does have some give so it will bend a bit when strong pressure is applied. This makes the arm “desks” on the flimsy side, but they are better after more tightening. The color perfectly matches what we painted our deck, and they blend in beautifully. We plan to fold these down and store them away for the winter to increase longevity. We took a long time selecting new outdoor furniture and I'm glad we went with these instead of a huge bulky sectional. These chairs have us outside almost every day now. Highly recommend for those seeking something multifunctional while still looking classy.
