Bad bike experience
We can not get bike brakes to work; they are stuck and tires do not move; I have emailed and sent pictures to get help but we still can't fix the problem; it would cost more than I paid for the bike to take it to a specialty bike shop to have it fixed; I gave this to my 9 year old grandson for Christmas and he had not been able to ride it not even once yet. Thought since I bought it on line from Walmart I wouldbe able to get help or return it to the store. Is there any way to get refund or replacement bike?
