Hungry Man turkey meal - tastes good, low calories
It's a little expensive but tastes great! I LOVE the desert. Wish there were more but then the calories wouldn't be so low if there were. It's my favorite of the Hungry-Man selections (and the lowest calories I think). The turkey is good and with the dressing and gravy there is enough seasoning to make it taste right but not too much salty taste or anything. I even like the mix vegetables because they get done well enough with the time it takes to microwave the meal (which is a little long at 8.5 minutes total but not bad). The meal alone fills me up.

Good but a bit short on quantity for larger folks.
Good value for the dollar but a bit shy on the mashed potato's %26 I add double what comes with the meal bring it to a more satisfying size. A good snack or meal for a small eater but even in my 80's it still falls a bit short. My wife, the same age but much smaller, never can finish the differ in one sitting for smaller 100lb area vs those of us in the 200lb area it is satisfy as-is but needs more for those of who are larger.

Carved? More Like Carve-It-All!
I bought this thing because the packaging shouted "CARVED" like it was a trophy. I'm still waiting for the ceremonial knife to appear, but I've learned the real question: what else could they have called it? Smushed? Slapped? I'll settle for "slightly less than a turkey statue". The first bite was a glorious mash of white meat that could convince a ham enthusiast to switch sides, at least for a few minutes. The meat was so tender it practically did a backflip into my mouth, and the side of carbs that came with it-some mysterious fluffy rice-like thing-was the perfect foil for the sodium that could have powered a small city. I'm not a vegetarian, but even I felt a pang of sympathy for the lettuce leaves watching from the freezer aisle, wondering why they never get a starring role. In the end, this frozen marvel delivered five stars because it turned a bland dinner into a comedic culinary adventure. If you ever wonder why they insist on the word "carved," just remember: it's a subtle reminder that the turkey has been pre-sculpted, so you can skip the knife work and go straight to the eating. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys a good laugh with their dinner and doesn't mind a tiny sodium shock after the first forkful.
