Maybelline Falsies Waterproof mascara has been my go to mascara for years. I decided to try the non-waterproof formula recently and I'm quite impressed. It washes off easily with soap and water but doesn't easily run with just tears or watery eyes. The only reason I still love the waterproof more is that it holds the curl from my eyelash curler better.
