Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with the delivery service for my Chitooma Split King Electric Adjustable Bed. I paid extra for the protection/delivery service with the understanding that my bed would be delivered to my apartment and placed in front of my door on September 12. However, the delivery arrived before the scheduled date and was left downstairs in the lobby rather than being brought to my apartment. I am 65 years old, and I do not understand how I was expected to get a large, heavy split king adjustable bed from the lobby to my apartment by myself. Because the delivery instructions were not followed, I had to turn around and pay someone out of my own pocket to bring the bed from the lobby to my apartment. This was extremely inconvenient and resulted in an unexpected expense that I should not have had to incur, especially since I paid extra for the delivery/protection service. I am requesting compensation for the additional expense I had to pay because the delivery service was not completed as agreed. I would also appreciate an explanation as to why the delivery instructions and scheduled date were not followed. I look forward to your prompt response and a reasonable resolution. This adjustable bedframe is a game changer for me. I was sleeping on a regular flat mattress for about four years and my shoulders were hurting due to arthritis and I'd wake up very achy in the morning. I purchased the twin XL adjustable frame easy to put up. The remote is easy to operate. It feels great. I'm waking up with no more pain in my shoulders like before. The plus is the zero gravity option, I tried that and I was like whoa that is great for a short term. I can't do it for more than 20 minutes, but it sure does make my body feel refreshed. This bedframe is a great price compared to other places, especially the retail stores that sell beds. Highly recommended.
