Easter Basket Stuffers for Toddler Kids, Light Up & Singing Spinning Top with Flash, Easter Egg Hunt Party Favor Toy Gifts, Kids Goodie Bag Fillers, Easter Gifts for 3+ Boys Girls(Red)

The item is colorful and it spins nicely, but it doesn't light up. 2 batteries came with it and it didn't work, so I ordered the special sized batteries and it still doesn't work! Now I'm out that $ too as I have nothing else to put those in. Ideally, a new WORKING top should be sent. Otherwise , it's a cute top.
