First time towel warmer buyer- wonderful. I did purchase 2 others before this one. One looked good but the lid was detachable and looked like it would break. I could tell it was a return and did not include the scent packs and the remote didn't work- returned it. The 2nd one was delivered damaged- also returned . This one was quickly delivered and brand new. Easy to follow and has a smart app wifi connection if you want to use. Otherwise a keeper!

Cozy and Efficient

You get a bang for your buck. The warmer was really simple to use and heats up fairly quickly. These small luxuries of stepping out of a shower and immediately wrapping yourself in an envelope of warm fabric gets overlooked but not in my house. Absolutely love using this.
