These are warm and comfortable for my cold feet.

I got these socks as I had either lost socks or couldn't find any decent socks that I owned when it got really cold a couple weeks ago. I needed socks and this sounds simple. The last time I bought socks, I bought just a pack of tube socks at K-mart. My wife bought my socks for years and the kids gave them to me on my birthday or Christmas. She died a few years ago and the kids are grown and gone. I had no idea about crew socks or mid crew, I knew what anklets were, but I just wanted a full size sock that was nice and heavy to help keep my feet warm. I picked these socks and was not disappointed at all. I wear them and my feet don't sweat. They cover my feet and ankles and extend up my leg another 4 to 6 inches. Are they tube socks, no; but they fit better with the built in heel. I like that feel. They seem to be made of a very heavy material (90% cotton 10% spandex) which begged the question for me of what is spandex. It's just a stretchy man-made fiber. Overall, for a guy in his 70's, these are a comfortable, heavy sock that keeps your feet warm in cold weather, which is just one of the few things I need in my life. I don't think you'd go wrong buying these if you need some socks.

I bought these socks for my husband, but I definitely could wear them as well. They fit true to size and are a nice weight. Not too thick, but definitely not too thin. Just right, really. I would compare them to the name brands we all know. These will work well! I would recommend.

These seem like pretty good socks. They're more suited for men but are okay for women too. I wear women's size 11 and the socks size medium is a little big on me. I like the fact that these socks are 90 percent cotton. They should be comfortable and wash well.
