(3 pack) BOOST 20g High Protein Nutritional Drink Shakes, Creamy Strawberry, 8 fl oz, 15 Pack

you get older and a little forgetful and just don't feel like making yourself a meal, these boost drinks come in handy. handy. My mother has a habit of dehydrating herself because she's not drinking enough or eating enough. When I found these and got my mother to try them, just so she wouldn't end up in the hospital 'again'. She really likes them. Vanilla is her favorite because she can add flavors to it. She likes to put them in the freezer for about 10 minutes for a sweet night snack.

My 84-year-old mother about 4 years ago kept ending up in the hospital every 6 or 8 months due to dehydration. we could not figure out what to give. her is incentive to drink so she didn't end up back in the hospital with a UTI. when older people get these dehydrated UTIs, they are definitely a little off and don't remember things quite so well. so getting my mother to consume something when she didn't feel like eating was a huge chore. finally got her drinking more and adding this boost to her diet. also. we do like the one that has more protein in it but sometimes they're out of it and I can't get it for her and she suggests the vanilla because then you can add flavorings to it chocolate syrup or strawberry syrup caramel stuff. anything that you might put on a Sunday? you can mix it right in with this bottle. shake It up and if they don't feel like eating, they have a meal and a bottle and it's perfect
