5070 Ti's for $1k are not good value, unless you need a card now because yours had died, and all the alternatives are also overpriced. If you're going to overpay for a 5070 Ti, this is an excellent one. I haven't really pushed the overclock, just set 10% power, 2Gbps memory, and 400 mhz GPU; in Furmark it still keeps most of the OC (over 3k mhz GPU) at 72C with the fans at 41% barely audible if you try to hear them. In games it's running over 3,200 mhz with a real world 10-15% FPS gain while remainly nearly silent. Some cards don't allow a 10% power OC, this one does. The silent/gaming bios switch does nothing, really, I think it's a hold-over from the 5080 version maybe. But if you installed a custom bios to override the 10% power of 2 Gbps memory OC limits, maybe the switch gets you back to a stable bios if it fails?
