We needed something to support growing kids. I chose this one because of the reviews and weight limits also for height between the bottom bunk and top bunk. They went together really easily! And they are solid. No shaking when. The only thing that could be improved is a small lip to hold the bottom mattress from sliding. But it really hasn't been much of a problem. The kids love them too! Super good deal considering the great quality of!
