Plertrvy Clearance 100Pcs Cable Zip Ties Heavy Duty 4 Inch, Premium Plastic Wire Ties With 18 Pounds Tensile Strength 100 Cable Ties, 3Mm Wide, 100Mm Long(Red@1501)

Item was a closeout for $0.98. Unfortunately, they stuck me with shipping that was not in the product detail. 10 busks for a 1 dollar order makes no sense. The shipping cost was revealed after the charge went through. I could not cancel the order, Walmart said it was a 3rd party vendor they could not cancel or refund the charges. The seller was happy to do the return but would not refund the shipping cost to me or back to them. So I got stuck paying 10 additional bucks for an item with a 1 dollar cost.
