i have been a walmart plus member for a year now and a walmart customer for over 5 yrs and have never once did a bad review on anything but now i have to i am handicap and cant rive i bought a pair of boots online and the zipper wouldnt work at all i called the home office an they told me a bunch of stuff i would have to wait over 2 weeks for a refund until they get the boots returnedi have never been treated for rudethey told me print out a return sticker for the fed ex person to pick up the boots i told them ididnt have a printer they would send me one but it would take tow weeks to get it in the mail then fed ex would pick it up when the boots would be returned then i would get a refund. i have never ever been treated this way ever. im sorry that i have to write this but customers need to know how they reat customers like this and i hope and pray no one else experiences this ever . if i wasnt handicapped and cant drive and no family here i wouldnt be typing this. god bless all of yall fantastic day
