I have found my new favorite hair brush! The boars head is so unique. To be honest I did not know what to think of it at first. I have thin, quite wispy hair and I didn't know if this brush would make it even wispier. Some soft bristled brushes tend to do that. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it does quite the opposite. This brush leaves my hair feeling thick and conditioned, as well as soft. I have included a picture of my hair after a good brushing. I love that this is a wooden paddle brush, and it's very excellent quality. I have never owned a wooden brush, so I didn't know how I was going to like it. It cleans well, as I tend to shed a lot, due to my extremely thin hair. I sometimes have problems with cleaning out brushes due to have thin my strands are and they get caught. However, I do not have that issue with this brush. It also seems to be gentler on my head and not pull as much out as a typical brush. I highly recommend this brush and would refer it to a friend for sure.

I have always used the hairbrushes with the thick plastic sticks with the bulbs on the end because the bristle-y kind of hairbrushes make my hair frizzy- especially in the winter. I did not realize when I ordered this brush that it had the bristle kind of sticks too! I read sustainable bamboo handle (love that it is made with bamboo that can be harvested with little to no environmental impact) and something about boar bristles but did not realize what that meant! It is kind of neat to know I'm brushing with boar hair and that it distributes the natural oils from my scalp to the tips of my hair! I really like this brush.
