Installation is relatively straightforward; however, the hardware is subpar. The comfort level is satisfactory.

Far superior than the previous generation of our stools, which lacked a back and had a wood top. When worn by people of average height, they provide all-day comfort because to their ergonomic design. Sadly, there are no tubbies available for testing.

Excellent client service, exceptional stools.

The stool design is spot on, and it complements our counter just as we hoped. Out of the four-pack, we got one stool that was in disrepair and couldn't be put together. Just days after we requested for help, the vendor gave us a new stool! I will definitely buy from this vendor again since the service was better than expected. Much obliged.
