In general, we will cover most problems of the system and defects from the factory.For detailed information on parts warranty coverage, please refer to the information below.ExceptionsThe warranty will be automatically expired if any unauthorized modification occurs. During the service ordering process, you must notify us of any unauthorized modifications, or any repairs or replacements not performed by TST that have been made to your product. We will not be responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process that is a result of any unauthorized modifications or repairs or replacements not performed by TST.The warranty will NOT cover the problems caused by any of the following causes. 1. Powerful TST Cargo bike

Really happy with this TST e-bike so far. The 750W motor (1500W peak) has plenty of power, climbs hills easily, and handles extra cargo without struggling. The 48V/15Ah removable battery is convenient to charge and gives solid range for daily rides. The fat tires and suspension make the ride smooth and stable, even on rough roads. I also like the cargo setup—it’s practical for carrying groceries, tools, or gear. The UL2849 certification is a nice bonus for safety. Perfect for bigger fellows

Had second guesses of getting a family bike for the kids pickup from school. But I went with this one and turned out to be a great choice. I am 250lbs and my kids are 6 and 5. We all fit perfectly on the bike and I am able to maintain a safe rideable experience for us all. It's a very sturdy bike. I am glad with my choice.

Great Bike, Meh Assembly

The cargo e-bike is awesome. Rides well, clean, and sleek looking. Only gripe were the directions were painful to follow. It was somewhat intuitive to put together but pictures in the manual didn't quite match. Ended up finding a YouTube video to walk me through. Took me an hour or so to complete. The app is seemingly useless for the most part. Feels like there could be more functionality to the app itself. Bike is pretty heavy but a breeze pedaling around. Been using frequently with 2 small kids on the cargo seat and they love it.
