Worth the money

Okay I never used this stuff before but when I sprained my ankle I messed it up bad and had no way of keeping my foot still when I walked so I order this stuff. It's similar to KT tape or that band expensive stuff. This works amazingly if you know how to apply it, I used youtube and research for it. It's been 2 week now and I can walk normal. For the first week I couldn't walk let alone apply pressure till I used this stuff. I have to admit the it helped healed it quicker and faster than the RICE method the doctors and nurses tell you to do which does absolutely nothing for you. I kept the tape on my foot and changed the strips every other day till I can walk normally. Stuff's better than a bandage wrap. Would totally 100% recommend this product.

good tape- no longer sensitive skin friendly

bought this before on a whim and loved it so i bought another pack. It does its job and well, but if you bought it because it doesnt leave a residue after removal or if strong adhesives make you itch it seems like that is no longer the case for this product. This one doesnt make me itch after getting wet though and the itch is usually mild so i will at least finish the box.
