Four problems: 1. Very poor quality shirt. I have never seen such a poorly made business dress shirt in my life. Poor quality fabric on top of poor stitching. Threads hanging out all over the seams, it just looked a mess. 2. Walmart charged me $16 shipping fee on a $19 purchase? This is ridiculous! Amazon has far better quality shirts at the same price with FREE shipping. Shipping should be FREE since one of your main competitors offers free shipping. 3. Wait time... it took almost one month to get these shirts shipped to my house! There was no severe weather, and no other reasons for the delay. All the packages I ordered from Amazon got to me within 1 or 2 days. Inexcusable why Walmart took almost 1 month to ship this to me. 4. To return it to Walmart online would have cost me an additional shipping fee plus wait time to get my money back until they receive the item then wait for the bank to deposit the money to me. So I went to Walmart on Sunday to return it. The security officer at my local Walmart told me that they do not allow any returns on Sundays due to the stupid Blue Laws in Bergen County, NJ. This is really odd since both Costco and WholeFoods(Amazon) allow in-store returns on Sundays, in Bergen County, NJ even with the Blue Laws. So did the Walmart security officer lie to me, or is my local Walmart lazy to do Sunday returns or are they saving money by not allowing Customer Service Returns employees to work Sundays? My advice is to buy online items from Amazon and Costco instead of Walmart. Free shipping and free, easy, instore returns plus super high quality products at great low prices.
