I bought this on sale so I wasn't sure what to expect. Make sure your freezer is cold enough (mine was not lol), I'd say for the first freeze do it for a day minimum. One thing I dislike is how small the spout is, which makes it a bit of a pain to fill. Other than those couple points I'd say I'm happy with it. Made some yummy coconut Icecream.

I don't think any of the ice cream makers that use a frozen canister work very well, but this one works as well as any of them. The ice cream is still soupy at the end of the cycle. You have to put it in the freezer for a while to firm it up. Other than that, it's a good unit.
