When I was a child, my mother bought an ice cream machine. I remember it being hard to churn and rock salt was needed. Several decades later at 66 years of age, I want to enjoy ice cream without preservatives. I chose "Vavsea" because of the reviews. My Vavsea arrived a few days ago. My first attempt at being an ice-cream aficionado began yesterday. I made Strawberry cream cheese ice cream. The set up was easy! Once ingredients were in the tube, then I turned it on. I checked on it periodically, but it knew what to do and when the cycle was complete. Spatula and container was next, then the freezer for several hours. The consistency was perfect. No air bubbles! Yah! I'm a satisfied customer and thank you for bringing homemade ice-cream magic, the easy way, to this 66 year old.
