Once you open the package, you have to move quickly to get the mat inside the cover, it's definitely a bit of a workout! With a little sweat and maybe a few tears, we got it done, and it fits perfectly in the playpen. It adds a nice cushion, and we also bought a play mat blanket to go over it for extra comfort. Plus, it makes cleanup super easy since we can just toss that blanket in the washer.
