YODOLLA 12 x 12 ft. Outdoor Metal Storage Shed with Sliding Roof & Lockable Door in Dark Gray

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly takes patience , the corrugated metal panels are thin and prone to bending if you accidentally over torque any screws. Use a ratcheting screwdriver stay clear of using any drills. The plastic protection film took nearly as long taking off as it took installing the walls. The top vent film left some residue on the front panel. Once square and anchored in its holds its shape just fine. The door track and hinges are pretty basic so make sure your base is level. It's an open floor so I'd recommend laying down pressure treated plywood or a concrete pad if you don't want grass or mud inside as flooring. For storing yard work tools like rakes, mowers, etc it's does its job for the price.

The plastic washers are the same size as the holes so that's no good. They should be rubber and bigger than the hole. I built a deck to put this on but it leaked underneath and into the inside so I had to use silicone and foam spray to seal it. Three cans of foam and 2 tubes of silicone. Plus I screwed it down to my deck with (16) 1 1/2 deck screws with a one inch washers to hold it down better. It should be good now. Oh yeah, that plastic coating, I took off a couple pieces then decided to leave the rest cause it was way to hard to peel. I added some lights to mine. Sad thing is, it's already full.
