Easy Storage; Thaw and Prepare

Not sure about others, but I find these easier to store in my freezer. Plus when I want a pound of burger, I simply cut off one edge and roll out the meat. I find the meat is easier to break apart in the pan versus saran wrapped burger. Also tastes fresher.

I float the frozen roll in the sink in cold water and it is thawed enough to cut with a sharp knife within an hour. As I slice through the unwrapped partially thawed roll i put the ground meat into my pan and it is cooking within minutes and ready for add ins.
