She wanted out of her crib to be with big brother and sisters. But Child-size beds were too high for her to safely get in and out of. This Montessori bed used upside down first then right side up as she grows. Whe she aaw it in her room she ran over and played in the bed. didn't even want to get out for supper. Is it bedtime yer is it bed time yet? like a child in a car wanting to know when you arrive. she rang in we followed helped with prayers and then tahoe climbed up and in and said big gurl bed!!

The bed once assembled was sturdy, joints and cuts were tight and straight, Finished product could easily be mistaken for a hand crafted piece made by a master craftsman.
