Love My Mat!
I have a small home gym so space is everything! It's very sturdy and feels great when doing guided workouts. I considered a plyo box for jumping workouts and was worried about space. But with this mat if I leave it folded, I also use for jumping exercises and jumping rope. So it gives my mat dual purpose in my gym! Love it!

I have hip and knee problems so getting down on the floor with a traditional thin mat causes pain. also getting down on a cold floor doesn't make wanting or having to do physical therapy or exercise any easier. this provides a solid support on carpet or hardwood floors and takes the sting out of concrete slab floors. folds in three sections and has handle to carry when folded. doesn't require anything but the room to lay it out and space to hide it when not in use like behind a couch or under a bed. doesn't weigh much so can be stashed just about anywhere.

Lots of room.to comfortably exercise off the floor. What I like best is the way it folds, I never exercise on the part that touches the floor. I'll sew 2 bath towels together for a washable cover. This is perfect equipment for family exercise. The 2 inches of padding lead me to select this mat over the others. Worth every penny.
