So far, this has been fantastic. Very easy to use. This is my first time using clippers, and I was worried about hurting my pets. Even though I accidentally shaved too close to the skin once, it didn't cut my pet's skin. It's not terribly loud, though quieter would of course be better, so my pets don't run away when I turn it on. My only complaint is that it's hard to clean because there's a gap between the plastic handle and the blades, so fur gets lodged down between. I haven't been able to get the fur out that's stuck there. The brush works for the blades, but not that gap

My cat stood still which surprised me cause she usually don't like being touched on her backside (where mats were located). Clippers are very very low in noise. I highly recommend ! Clippers are rechargeable and cordless. I picked the pink color clippers. These are also awesome for grooming your cat ! Slides threw even thick hair easily.
