Great chair
We have gone through several affordable chairs and they all keep breaking. We have one HON task chair and it has been great for 10+ years and we love it, so decided to get another one. This chair has great lumbar support.

Don't worry about that missing lever!
The purchase was easy, no mysteries and chair arrived very quickly. I at first thought the chair had been shipped damaged, but found the button -- not the lever in the photo -- to raise n' lower the chair's height! It's on the right side towards the front of the chair with a concaved point to push. Chair is perfect!!!
