So the first controller i ordered was a third party seller. It got lost in the mail. This one did have a weird thing about a delay but in the end the second time it gave me a delivery time it got here not even on time but early! The product wasnt damaged. The box did have a dent but it didnt affect the product. It was great for the price. It did come with batteries. In all i wod absolutely recommend getting it if you need a new controller!
