Great Value Less Sodium Soy Sauce, 15 fl oz

This handsome old seventy something, y.o. bachelor has to admit he knows almost nothing about "Soy Sauce"! However, the brands I bought and buy taste good and pretty much the same. I usually try to get the "low salt/sodium" kind especially in this especially high salt condiment. Again, tried and bought this GV brand and like it! And bonus: less expensive too! Puy it in my homemade chicken soup with some Chinese Veggies (La Choy out of the can) and, with a few shakes of white pepper and vinegar, a tbsp./bowl, voi la! Chinese hot and sour soup! Without the pepper. Chinese swet and sour soup! Sweeter? tspn. brown sugar till you like it. Anyway thats how I judge it. Have fun, hit the button.
