Got this product in Black for my husband's birthday. He loves it! It is a very quiet machine. Makes tons of ice that stay frozen hours on end. Just be mindful that the water drain is underneath so you may want to put it near a sink for easy draining. It does come with a scoop but no scoop holder. My husband stores his scoop in a stainless steel tumbler. I do recommend this product.
