Great Value Canned Pineapple Slices in Juice, 20 oz

Nice and sweet at a great price. I have never been disappointed by the quality of the pineapple slices or chunks. I use them in various dishes..on pizza, salads, upside down cake, Sweet %26 sour chicken, Mongolian Beef over rice, in puddings..Highly recommend!

I've recently been addicted to making mashed potatoes, cutting up a ham steak and pineapples and mixing it all together and eating DAILY. I've tried my local stop n shop pineapples, my local roche bros and these Walmart cans and these are MY FAVORITE. They have the strongest pineapple taste, EVEN THE JUICE is good that I'll sip it from the can while getting them out to cut and add to my mixture. Others have been too watery tasting, too many hard parts, etc. I had even tried the chunks to not have to cut up all those rings and lessen the prep time but they are VERY different Even this brand chunks, I'm not a fan of. I was SO disappointed when my shopper/deliverer got chunks instead of slices and I didn't realize until getting them will the way up my stairs and was putting them away. The chunks have these VERY hard sections that have no taste at all and does seem to make way WAY less pineapple pieces in my mixture than when I use and cut up the slices. I love these. And they're even the cheapest of all the places I've bought them.
