For $100 dollars this chair is really nice. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. Assembly took me about 90 minutes. ( I'm a female in mid seventies). The chair came with a hex key tool and different sized bolts. The instruction are straightforward but skipped two steps. The fabric is some type of vinyl /plastic and looks like leather. Not sure how long the padding will hold up, but for the price, I can't complain.
