Major complaint is that its so much nicer than my daughter's salon priced straightener that she keeps relocating it. Great price point for a well working product. There is a weird odor for a couple weeks that goes away with use, that had me a bit concerned but all is fine now!

I LOVE this flat iron! It heats up so quickly, can control the temperature so easily, with guidelines for the temperature depending on what type of hair you have, very comfortable handles, wide enough plate that you don't have to waste time doing small sections of hair, does an excellent job of straightening, affordable price, with results within a few minutes. My only regret is that I did not purchase this flat iron sooner!
