Getting my child to try these LilGadgets BestBuds Children's Volume Limited In-Ear Headphones with Mic took a bit of persuasion and a lot of bribe. While these headphones are truly AMAZING, I wish they would have chosen to utilize the word YOUTH instead of Children since my 14 year old balked at me giving her a product for a child. Despite what they are called, let me call them AWESOME! They have a thicker wire tangle free cord, 3 sizes of inner ear bud, a very nice zippered case and a splitter. These may cost a bit more than what you are used to paying, but you can expect these to have a longer life due to the durability of the cord, and the safe storage provided by the case. The volume was plenty loud enough to satisfy our wants and the sound quality was great. The medium size buds fit both my kid and I and were the most comfortable headphones we've ever tried. The buds are soft but stay in place even when you are active, didn't fall out when skateboarding. The volume controls are one of the main advantages of this set. I'm always interrupting my child when she's watching videos on her laptop and with this set she could easily pause the video to listen to me, and also enjoyed greater control skipping songs on her music playlists on her android phone. She's pretty hard on earphones and using daily she usually needs a new pair each month but I expect this set to last at least 4 months due to the non-tangle cord and storage case. I had another child test them as well and he confirmed they were the best headphones he's ever tried, and was also satisfied with the top volume output. I'll soon be buying him a pair for his birthday. Fantastic product!
