They responded promptly and verified evrything. The chairs arrived and are heavy duty materials ~50 lbs each. The instructions were clear and each part %26 fastener labeled. It took 30 minutes to assemble the first chair %26 15 minutes for the 2nd. Well constructed, with top notch fit %26 function. I bought one High Density Plastic chair elsewhere last year for twice the cost of these two %26 they are of equal quality. I am very satisfied so far.
