Good quality!

I use this to help the texture of my homemade ice cream. I make mine with milk instead of cream. I just mix the " locust bean gum" in with the sugar and other dry ingredients before adding liquid and it blends smoothly into my mixture. The gum is always smooth and dry, never any lumps.
