Nice starter kit
This is updated and uses latex not a plastic blend. ( If you have latex allergies, not recommend) I have found the quality nice, and for a "lightweight" like myself (for PT/rehab) this is working quite well. There are videos on YouTube you can find showing how to set up and use as well the set does have a little guide of exercises.
