L'Oreal Telescopic Precision Liquid Waterproof Eyeliner, 801, Dark Brown

I have been using this eyeliner for over 6 years. I love the waterproof because it stays on in the water, at the gym and during work with a nice jet black wet look as if I had just applied it. So easy and pain free to remove as well. This is my main makeup staple. A must have!!!

I've been using this eyeliner for years! As someone with a very thick monolid, its near impossible for me to find an eyeliner that doesn't transfer down on to my lower lid like a stamp. Almost every eyeliner I have tried (even ones that says waterproof) gives me raccoon shadows under my eyes within an hour or 2 after application. The only exception I've found is L'oreal's telescopic waterproof liquid eyeliner. I just apply it and it does not budge all day. The same situation happens to me for mascara, and again, only the telescopic waterproof line doesn't give me raccoon eyes. I hope L'Oreal never stop making the Telescopic line.
