Easy to use. Just takes time to brew, so be patient and start early. It will get VERY hot so be cautious.

looks nice, works good, easy to operate. This is a large capcity coffee urn maker, it is really heavy once filled with water, difficult to handle once hot coffee is made, but I exspected that considering its size. Only buy this product if you need a large amount of coffee. and if possible make your coffee in the place you intend to use it.
