Watch arrived on time, and in great condition! I bought this for my blue collar husband and the band, face, the whole watch in general has held up well even through rough working conditions. We're looking for different type of bands now, so maybe sending an insert for accessories would be helpful. It was easy to set up and stays connected for the most part. The only thing he would add would be the ability to reply to messages received, or send a message through the apps. Otherwise, a solid product for a great price!
