Worth the money

Very solid, heavy-bottomed, cast iron skillet. Deep enough I can cook ravioli but shallow enough to use for scrambled eggs or grilled cheese. I bought this one because it's enameled (super easy clean up), has a lid (I think it'll be great for simmering sauces), and isn't as deep as a full dutch oven (I think it'll be great for pot pie). Plus I got it on a killer sale so the price was right. Beautiful enough to leave out but sturdy enough to be banged around and stored with my other cast iron pots.

I don't have to wait, it just cooks it right along. I recommend this to anyone tip as soon as you finish cooking, cool it off and wash it immediately. So you won't get no rust around it. That is a great, great iron cass, touch oven, pot or pan.I just love it
